At Lush Saudi Arabia, we want you to love your fresh, handmade products; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure products are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt.

  Securely place the unused items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all safety seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, our courier partner will contact you to arrange a convenient time to collect the package from your location across Saudi Arabia.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
